Certified Mobile Notary Service is a leading provider of mobile notary signing services, dedicated to exceptional convenience and efficiency. We specialize in facilitating on-the-go notarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability. Currently, we seek a Remote Legal Document Notary to join our team.
Responsibilities: Utilize technology such as video conferencing to remotely notarize legal documents, including real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, travel to various locations, such as clients' homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization. Verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure proper document execution in accordance with legal requirements.
Qualifications/Skills:
Job Requirements: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set-up. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
Payment $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
