Express Employment is currently looking for a Tire Technician to work in Meridian, MS!

Job Requirements

• Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger, light truck, and commercial tires.
• Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for wear, damage, and safety concerns, recommending appropriate services when needed.
• Perform tire pressure checks, TPMS service, flat repairs, and wheel alignments (if trained).
• Safely operate tire changers, balancing machines, lifts, and other shop equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while properly handling tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service by explaining tire conditions, services performed, and maintenance recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Display leadership and ability to multitask in high-stress situations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Aptitude for mathematics and science.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
