The posted compensation range of $21.85 - $30.86/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Surgical Scrub Technologist, you will play a critical role in patient care, work alongside top surgeons, and participate in life-saving procedures daily.
Everyday you will communicate and provide assistance to physicians, patients, anesthesia, staff, family members, and visitors to ensure highest standards are met within the Operating room.
To be successful in this role you must anticipate needs, collaborate with the surgical team, monitor sterile fields and set the OR up for success.
