To support the Department of Kinesiology, Recreation, and Sport Studies, the full-time Marketing and Events Coordinator will assist the Business Manager with marketing communications, event planning, and office operations, while working in a hybrid environment with one or two days remote each week. Key responsibilities Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and communications for the department Plan, organize, and coordinate events for students and faculty Maintain and design content for the department's website and social media platforms Required qualifications High School diploma At least two years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or event planning Proficiency in social media platforms and relevant software such as Canva, WordPress, and Adobe products Ability to independently manage multiple projects and establish effective working relationships Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship
