Certified Mobile Notary Service has immediate openings for Mobile Notary Signing Agents serving Kansas City, Missouri. If you are organized, professional, and ready to take on loan signing appointments on your own schedule, we want to hear from you. This is a U.S. only opportunity.
Notary Signing Agents are a key part of every real estate closing. In this role you will present mortgage loan documents to borrowers, explain where to sign without giving legal advice, notarize the required pages, and return the completed package to the lender or title company on time. Typical assignments include refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.
Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Kansas City and surrounding areas. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. Ensure compliance with Missouri and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.

$75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
