We are working with a growing manufacturing client in Upstate NY/Broome County NY, They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer
\nQualifications:
\n• Hands-on experience programming with ESPRIT CAM software
\n•Experience designing work-holding fixtures and cutting tools to support machining operations
\n• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing per ASME Y14.5
\n• Experience creating detailed setup sheets for machine operators
\n• G-code and M-code for milling and/or turning operations
\n• Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining strategies
\n• Experience with CAD tools (Creo)
\n• Ideal experiemce with AS9100 or ISO 9001certified manufacturing environment
\nResponsibilities
\n• Post-process CNC programs
\n• Design fixtures and work-holding solutions
\n• Select and specify cutting tools, holders, and tooling assemblies
\n• Interpret customer engineering drawings and apply GD&T requirements
\n• Produce tool lists, offsets, datum references, clamping diagrams, and first-piece inspection checkpoints
\n• Implement opportunities for cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and process standardization
\n**This role is onsite daily
